Caroline has worked in financial services for around twenty years, with 18 of those in various different roles in paraplanning. In 2019 she set up her own outsource paraplanning business, Sparrow Paraplanning providing support to a range of planners and businesses.
Caroline is an active member of the financial planning and paraplanning community. She has been a member of the Personal Finance Society Paraplanner Panel since this began in 2015. In 2018, she joined the Personal Finance Society Board of Directors and became the first paraplanner Vice President of the society in 2020.

Sam is a Senior Paraplanner with Succession Wealth and the winner of the Best Paraplanner award at the Money Marketing Awards 2020. When she’s not paraplanning she’s reminiscing about mosh pits, festivals and gigs in clubs with sticky floors, whilst wondering why her hearing is not what it was.
Alyson Brooker
The Paraplanners
A graduate in Law from the University of Edinburgh, Alyson had originally planned to embark on a career practicing law but, despite achieving a Diploma in Legal Practice, she soon caught the paraplanning bug. Today, Alyson is a Chartered Financial Planner. Alyson’s background in law has particularly helped hone her skills in trusts, estate planning and general tax planning.
