Rob is client manager with Cheshire-based Equilibrium Asset Management where he leads the implementation team, which is tasked with successfully onboarding new clients.

Gemma Siddle
Eldon Financial Planning

Gemma is a director at Eldon Chartered Financial Planners, heading up the client services team. She joined the firm in 2005 working on technical research and report writing. She acquired knowledge and skills working alongside the three founding directors and combined her full-time role with study to gain the professional qualifications equivalent to an honours degree – becoming one of the youngest to attain Chartered Financial Planner status.

Gemma also reached the international benchmark of Certified Financial Planner with the Institute of Financial Planning and is now a Chartered Wealth Manager. She simultaneously held the national titles for technical planning from both professional bodies in 2012/13. Gemma won the Chartered Financial Planner of the Year award from the Personal Finance Society for 2019/20

With a creative background in all things, marketing, communications and culture change, Natalie puts her engagement skills to the test by helping us to manage our growth, all the while ensuring we stay true to our vision and core values. Natalie takes coaching our staff to the next level and has even developed our own internal leadership development programme.

As the team continues to grow, she puts her qualifications in Motivational Behaviour and NLP to good use by creating exciting staff engagement initiatives, making sure that the Para-Sols culture continues to be one that we all love!
