Kate joined Paradigm Norton in 2021 having previously worked for another financial advice firm.
Kate’s journey in the financial services industry started in administration, where she developed her skills, before moving into a paraplanning role. From here, she studied towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, which she achieved in 2018. Since then, Kate has honed her skills, and completed additional exams in Long Term Care, Equity Release and Mortgage Advice, and has since progressed to a Financial Planner.
Kate is passionate about developing her skills in the Long Term Care sphere further, as advising clients in this area is something she finds really rewarding.
