Top quality financial planning needs technical accuracy and clear communication. I work with financial planners and paraplanners who want to serve their clients to the highest possible standards.

As well as developing individuals I think it is important to develop our profession. I write regularly for Professional Paraplanner. I also Chair the Paraplanner panel of the Chartered Institute of Investment & Securities. I am very excited about the Paraplanning profession and also help out with the Paraplanner Assembly.

Outside of work, I am the deacon at the Evangelical Baptist Church in Hatfield. I'm married to Hannah and have a young daughter, Phoebe.
