Powwow Down South - the ONLINE informal gathering for paraplanners in the South East of England.

What's it all about?

Cue drum roll… as a mini Powwow for South East paraplanners rolls into a virtual town on Tuesday 2 June, 9.00am-12.00pm!

Pah! A bit of social distancing won’t stand in the way of a good paraplanning chinwag, not when we have the tech available to take the mini Powwows ONLINE. We’re keeping ‘local’ nature of the mini Powwows – that way you can build your local network of paraplanning peeps to call on for all sorts of questions. So, this is still the well loved mini Powwow Down South for folk in the South East and in around London. How you interpret that geographical area is up to you, but bear in mind if you want to meet up after some form of normality returns you might be better closer to the region.

What is a Powwow?

Let’s get you up to speed on the lingo. A Powwow is an informal (newly virtual!) gathering for Paraplanners to exchange views, learn things, fix things and share things with their fellow Paraplanners. So if you are a paraplanner in the South East of England then this is the event to get all your questions answered. Which leads us to…

What is up for discussion?

You decide! Because Powwow adopts unconference principles, you’ll pick the topics you want to discuss with your fellow paraplanners. That way you’ll be tuning in to an event that is relevant to you. How do we do this? No crystal balls are used for sure, but a fancy-smancy quick survey will be sent out just before the event, so if there’s anything that’s been bugging you or anything you want to pick the brain of your fellow paraplanners on, then that’s the time to flag it.

If you’ve been wanting to meet your local paraplanner community but never had the opportunity, then this is a fab chance to do exactly that.
